Welcome to our web site!

Saxmundham Primary School is in every sense a community school.

Our pupils come from the surrounding town and from the nearby villages of Sweffling, Rendham and Bruisyard. Ours is a caring and committed environment.
We work to give our pupils the best possible start  to their education. This means high quality teaching and learning, as well as stimulating play and exercise, in close cooperation with parents and the wider community.
The school is sited in the Brook Farm area of Saxmundham among the more recent housing developments.
We are fortunate in having modern, purpose-built premises, with ten classrooms, surrounded by a playground and ample playing fields.
Our aim is to create an environment that is happy, stimulating and industrious; one in which children  can acquire the skills they need for the future and one which enables them to reach their full potential, regardless of academic ability.

New for 2011
